We offer the possibility to manage your project of replacement of your septic system (necessary) or a new construction (turnkey).
Steps:
1. Obtaining your certificate of localization. Sign a working agreement between both parties to represent you throughout your project. Learn about the benefits of working with us and sign the form authorizing us to represent you in your actions at the Municipality.
2. Mandate a Technologist on the property to perform the soil analysis and approved in accordance with environmental standards by a TP Technologist or an Engineer. Must notify the owner each time a visit takes place on the property.
3. A cheque in the name of the *Technologist* in the amount of xx so that I can obtain the septic plan (varies according to the septic designer) and presentation of your design choices that will be installed on your property.
4. Start of work: request a permit from your municipality (check in the amount of xx in the name of your municipality).
5. Request for quotes from the best septic installation contractors and verify the RBQ license.
6. Presentation of the bid submissions (the bid is the final invoice, no surprise) (unless a jackhammer would be inevitable for rock and/or the modification of the plumbing)
7. Presence on the field being aware of the progress of the work. Ensures that any installed product is made according to the recommendations of each technology or product to maintain their warranty and assures follow-up with the Engineer or the Technologist on the field.
8. Understood that the system must be functional on departure of the contractor.
9. Handover of your file with the photos taken, documents, etc. Agreed that you understand the functioning of your septic system.
Any payment will be made directly to the contractor and the Engineer/Technologist except the management part which will be paid directly to Benoit Richard (GestionSeptique BR).
